ボロネーゼ製法とは。イタリアのボローニャ地方で生まれた製法技術です。
通常、靴を製造する際には、踵からつま先までを一枚の中底と中敷を使用しますが、
この製法では、前中底（アウトソールとインソールの間にある硬い底）を使用しないで、
履いたさいに違和感や圧迫感を受けやすい前足部を包み込み、ソールの返りにも無理がありません。
その結果、蹴りだす足の動きに自然と同調し長時間歩いた場合でも疲れにくい靴が出来上がります。
一方、ボロネーゼ製法は工程が多く製法技術も高度であるため、簡素化や低コスト化が進む昨今では、
あまり見られない製法となりましたが、良質な靴の製造には欠かせない技術であります。
Manufacturing technique which originated from Bologna, Italy, the Bologna  construction
method aims for maximum comfort during long duration of walking, instead of applying
the common method of using one hard outsole and insole which will results in an uncomfortable fit as it curves around the forefoot.
We create shoes that work with your feet when you walk by adjusting when you put
one foot forward at a time. The "bologna construction" process has been perfected over
many years, however production is on halt due to the high cost required except until
recent years. Even though many companies choose to prioritize speed and production
costs over quality, bologna construction choose to produce high quality shoes with
patience based on artisan techniques.
